Contract Review and Consultation - FLAT FEE

Package Includes:

1. Our review of the contract prior to the consultation.
2. Meeting with you in which we will:
   • discuss the background to the deal with you
   • clarify your concerns and priorities
   • discuss the specific terms of the contract
   • answer your questions regarding the agreement, standard terms, protecting your work, etc.
   • provide comments on what terms need to be revised, what might be missing, etc.
   • help you develop a strategy on how to handle further discussions with the other party to the agreement
