Divorce Mediation

Mediation is often a good choice for divorcing couples who need to be able to co-parent long after their romantic relationship is over. Or perhaps they simply want to avoid a nasty divorce, but they have a number of issues to resolve first that arise out of the marriage relationship.

In a situation where there is significant power imbalance between the parties, they may wish to be represented by counsel. Collaborative law is something to consider in this case, because in the collaborative law process the parties are each represented by their own attorney who is able to help them express their respective positions.

If you are interested in learning more about whether mediation or the the collaborative process is a good option for you, contact Hrbek Law.
